I need to represent the generated power of the diesel generator as a function of the consumed fuel. Is there any equation or function that represents this generated power?
The matter is not complicated as if you know the conversion efficiency, then you can express the output power po as a function of fuel consumption. then
po= Eta pi, where pi is the fuel consumption rate in KW and Eta is the conversion efficeincy. I think there are such curves or values of the efficiency. You can also take the po as a function of fuel curves and curve fit them and use them in your model.

It depends on the efficiency of the electric generator and the efficiency of the diesel engine. You should consider that the levels of fuel consumption are related to the demand for electrical power to which the electric generator is subjected.
