The multi-agent science is a cognitive science or the cognitive sciences are a multi agent system?

I try to understand more the link between cognitive sciences and multi agent system. The study of the human brain look as a multi agent system study (collaboration between the brain modules). Maybe the multi agent science is a cognitive science?

Or it is the opposite? What can we think about this?
