My peptide has strong interaction with SUMO, when I use 10 kDa molecular cut-off, the peptide also can not come through, just ask for help that any solution can break the interaction between peptide and SUMO (Solution was water before). Thanks
You mention strong interaction, so I presume that you mean it is related to a binding in a fashion as mentioned here:

It comes down to a region with hydrophobic and acidic amino acids as a SUMO-interacting motif (SIM).
Looking at some of the papers describing such interactions my educated guess would be to try a SDS buffer that presumable will break the interaction between the SUMO and your peptide.
