I don't have a full view about Monsoon(s). Is it a wind system or a low pressure system? It is a phenomenon that occurs on India or it is a phenomena that occur in many parts of the world? Why does the wind tend to change its direction (reversal) between summer and winter?
Can you kindly give me your personal opinions? Is the monsoon a global system?
First of all, there is no "a monsoon", the most known one is the Indian monsoon, but there is also a North American monsoon, a South American monsoon as well. Monsoons systems are characterized by low-pressure system in summer (rainy season) which is associated with moisture convergence. And it is generated by the thermal contrast between the continent and adjacent oceanic regions. In contrast, the opposite occurs in winter (dry season). The well-known change in the wind direction is due to these changes in pressure.
However, I wanted your comments, short answers and opinions instead of going to the published articles.
The monsoon rain clouds in India in summer to fall, start from the Pseudomonas bacteria living on the leaves of tropical plants in SE Asia, and is impacted by the atmospheric Dust Cloud that hovers over the Pakistan-Arabia portion of the world. There are also other Dust Clouds that move, deflect, and modify, and frequently extinguish the monsoon rain clouds as they move from East to West. These Dust Clouds are man-made, with our domesticated grazing animals eating the native vegetation to dust each year, which allow the surface soil to get airborne.

Are you biologist or meteorologist?
It seems to me that the topic is important concerning the relationship between the Pseudomonas bacteria (which is a terrible type of bacteria according to my daughter, a doctor) and the weather effects. However, It is still not clear to me whether the dust affect the bacteria spread.
I do ecological restoration of arid grasslands, and must watch the weather to do my work. The Pseudomonas that creates the rainfall is P. syringae and is one that grows on plants mainly, and you can read the article where science discovered the effect of creating rain clouds only 10-12 years ago at https://www.discovermagazine.com/planet-earth/does-rain-come-from-life-in-the-clouds.

Think "Bacteria create rain clouds" and "Atmospheric dust cancels, traps and diverts rain clouds".
The monsoon rain clouds-- once generated by the Pseudomonas host plants in SE Asia and central Africa, the Amazon jungle, etc.--travel around the world and whenever they hit another area of Pseudomonas host plants, rain on that area, which gives birth to more rain clouds. When you GOOGLE IMAGES for "Cloud forest" those are pictures of Pseudomonas producing rain clouds.
Those new host plants act as "Monsoon repeater stations" and you can follow areas of water vapor and see new clouds form when rain drops get a new batch of rain clouds created. This type of cloud does not have a name in meteorology yet, and I am suggesting "Cumulus botanicus" to show its origins.
Likewise, the Dust Clouds do not have names, and I am suggesting naming them based on the places they usually reside, like the "Pakistan-Arabia" Dust Cloud.
By including these previously unknown weather modifiers, we can use them both as lenses, to more finely focus our predictions what monsoons and cyclones will actually do--are the monsoon clouds and cyclones being stalled, deflected or extinguished by a Dust Cloud for example, as GONU was.
GONU was caught by the Dust Cloud in the Starits of Hormuz and dissipated over time until it was extinguished. And then when to was nearly gone, the Dust Cloud squeezed what was left of GONU in a completely unexpected direction--into Iran, that had not seen a tropical cyclone since 1898!
