Stakeholder management is the process of engaging and maintaining good relations with all identified parties that have a direct or indirect interest in the project/entity, etc. Management of the stakeholder implies the same process but with one stakeholder instead of many or all the stakeholders. However, if you say “management of the stakeholders” then its the same as “stakeholder management”.
I found something: In the book "Redefining the Corporation" by Post, Preston and Sachs (2002) consider the Management of Stakeholder as the manipulation of the Stakeholder for narrow organizational purposes. Stakeholder Management refers to management practices that reflect awareness and responses to the concerns of different stakeholders.
Do you consider something additional that can be addressed?
