The {\bf Daon theory} is a new general theory of physics, it is a completely new way to approach physics and includes, in principle, all phenomena of nature.

The theory is presented in a series of closely related papers treating Electromagnetism, Atomic physics, Relativity, Particle physics, Gravitation and Cosmology.

The numerical value of the main natural constants and parameters are calculated, while the explanation for the various natural phenomena are simple and logical. All the results from this theory agree, as far as we know, with experimental data.

The theory is constructed on the basis of one unique fundamental object {\bf the Daon}, which is the ultimate constituent of all matter. It is a very small rotating sphere. The daon's size, velocity of rotation and associated "mass" are all fixed by experimental evidence or geometrical necessity.

The Daon theory makes it possible to give simple explanations to all electromagnetic phenomena. We analyse the electric field and magnetism. We find the dielectric constant, the permeability constant and the reason for the signal velocity {\it c}.

It follows an analysis of an electron under acceleration giving the explanations to the phenomenon of the Electro-Magnetic wave.

We present some unknown forces acting within the atoms, giving the explanation to the strange behaviour of the electrons. We present a simulation program (ATOMOL) able to follow all charged particles within an atom, including their velocity, position and energy at any given moment. We explain the electron's associated wave, the fine structure constant, the constant of Planck and we explain and calculate the magnetic moment of the electron and the nucleus.

We presented an analysis of changes (relativity) within an atom at high velocities.

We present the photon and the neutrino, as seen from the perspective of the Daon Theory. We thereafter examine the muon, the $\pi^0$, the $\pi^+$, the proton and the neutron, with the help of a code of simulation. The particles are presented in a very detailed manner since any value of interest can be obtained from any of the constituents of the examined particles.

We examine the Universe, as seen through the Daon theory, which gives an explanation to the phenomenon of the accelerated expansion of the Universe (dark energy).

We explain the source of the neutral potential (force field) surrounding all masses. We there after examine the gravitation and show how to calculate the numerical value of Newton's constant (G). This leads to the explanation of the relatively fast rotation of certain galaxies (dark matter).

We thereafter present the variation of the main natural constants, relative to the Universe size and velocity of expansion, which results in the phenomenon of the red shift.
