What is the correct, professional, and ethical behavior if the editor after submitting the revised version of your manuscript does not confirm the receive, although you send two emails to ask for confirmation of receive? is this behavior normal and acceptable from the editors?

I side with Prof. Pattanayak; However, I happen to be in the same situation. I submitted an article to a Journal, paid but up till now have not heard from the editor. I have just decided to maintain my calm and let nature take it course.
It sometimes happen.
Editor of any journal is a man like you and me. S/he has many social responsibilities. May have some health problem of self or family members.
Don't be angry. Check whether your mail has been returned or not. Use another e mail address. The problems will be definitely solved.

You should receive an email soon after submitting an article acknowledging its receipt. I once didn't get an email and politely emailed the editor a few months later. She admitted they had lost the manuscript and asked me to resubmit.
Of course this behaviour is not normal, acceptable and professional from the editors. You should look for another journal.

This sounds like a predatory or sham journal to me. Please Name and Shame.
Hello Sarmad. I am a journal editor and can tell you that there could be a multitude of factors operating in this case. For example:
1. Your submission made it to the editor's SPAM/JUNK folder. Hence s/he has not seen it.
2. Your submission made it to the editor's INBOX but as s/he may be checking the JOURNAL email only periodically, s/he has not seen it yet.
3. Your submission made it to the JOURNAL's email, but the "automatic reply" feature was off, hence you have not received anything from them.
4. The editor is sick/too busy/away at a professional event, and has not gotten around to respond to you just as yet.
I would thus advise you to try and identify another email for the same editor, so that you can communicate with him/her via it. If you cannot find another email, OR if you do, but you still get no response, give it another week and then use the editor's original email to notify them that you withdraw your manuscript.

It may sometimes happen, but with good authentic journals, it almost never happens.
1) Try another form of communication. A phone call might work better.
2) Try contacting the journal (not the editor) and ask if there is an issue. You might get forwarded to the editor's voicemail at the journal, and there might be a recorded message that will help explain the problem.
Do not get angry. Illness, family emergency, natural disaster, or retirement, bad software updates, spam filters, could all be issues that result in delays. The problem may be with the editor, or may be with the journal. Sometimes the transition between an editor who retires to the new editor causes problems especially if the retirement was sudden.
Reviewers who do not return reviews in a timely manner are also a problem. Please consider this if you ever ask for an extension of the deadline to complete your review.
If all else fails, you can write a letter to the editor copied to the journal to let them know that you are withdrawing the manuscript. I would try a read receipt on the email, but also ask for a confirmation that the manuscript is withdrawn.
