I want to use the Daycent model to simulate soil respiration and DOC dynamics in the field and incubation experiment, but I can't find the code and any guide of the model, expect its description at the website: https://www.nrel.colostate.edu/projects/century/century-contact.php.
This may be a completely useless response, because I am not a Century or DayCent user, but I went to the link you provided and there is a "Downloads" tab. My impression from browsing around the site is that the Century software package that they are providing for download is DayCent. DayCent merely being a daily time step version of Century. The downloads include a user guide and examples.
Surprisingly, all links are not working. Is the Daycent or century model unavailable for public use?
