first, plz check that you have provided wavelengths not intensities.

second, you have to provide the system about which you work. note that the spectral resolution is correlated to the time resolution

I think first you should study your sample structures in more detail, (bandgap and thicknesses), and based on the bandgap energy you should choose your laser, also the generation depth of the laser is different and you should check the thickness of the sample then decide.
