On the company's advice we're using the Anions 2 kit from Analis, but can't make it work. We see three big peaks close to each other we would like to get further apart. Also even by running single standards with only one of the compounds, we still could not identify which peak would be which compound. We have tried to allow more time per sample (30 minutes), tried to run it at 15 degrees and at 20 degrees. We use a silica coated capillary on a MDQ P/ACE from Beckham Coulter and 0.1 mM HCl as buffer. Has anyone experience with this or advice?
