I'm using a RGIBBS reactor in Aspen plus with biomass as fuel. I'm getting the following error "TEMPERATURE HIT THE LOWER BOUND. T-LOOP NOT CONVERGED IN 4 ITERATIONS".
If numerics hits bounds, in most cases your input is buggy.
Check Setup.CalculationOptions.Limits if your estimated temperature is within the given bounds.
Check your given specifications for the block's operating conditions. You could spec a plausible temperature in a first guess (instead of duty). Furthermore you should check and specify your estimated phases (check or uncheck "Include vapor phase").
And you could narrow the vector of suitable products at least in the first run to help the algorithm to converge. After convergence is reached you can reconcile blocks and strems and re-open the number of possible products.
