Hello everyone,

I have two group samples (PDMS - polymer samples) and do measurement Raman spectra on them. So I have two datasets (Raman spectra sets).

Then, I calculate mean spectra for each set and finally I have two mean spectra representing for two groups.

My question is if I want to compare some peaks of them together, which normalization technique can I use? I tried z-score normalization but I am not sure if it's the most suitable for my comparision.
