Has anyone ever met anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 beads reduce T cells. I incubated tonsil cells with anti-CD3 and CD28 beads for 2 hours, then stained for CD4 cells. But with stimulation, CD4 T cells were decreased a lot. Manual said beads could reduce T cells proportion, but in short time incubation, why the reduction is so significant? And why beads reduce T cells ? Cells is proliferating ?
