I remember a journal article describing some of the complex configurations of rearranged multiple T-DNAs detected within some of the SALK T-DNA insertion Arabidopsis lines. Some examples of what they found include tandem or inverted copies and even a T-DNA within another T-DNA. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and can help me, contact me please! Thank you!

maybe you are looking for this paper: Kleinboelting et al. (2015) The Structural Features of Thousands of T-DNA Insertion Sites Are Consistent with a Double- Strand Break Repair-Based Insertion Mechanism. Molecular Plant 8, 1651-1664
and references therein, like
De Buck et al. (1999). The DNA sequences of T-DNA junctions suggest that complex T-DNA loci are formed by a recombination process resembling T-DNA integration. Plant J. 20, 295–304.
Thanks to both of you. These are great papers, but not the one I recall. I hope I am not mistaken...but the paper I remember is likely to be a Review published between 2004 and 2011. I recall there being a nice schematic figure depicted some of the more common multiple insertion events (in the same locus, like inverted or tandem repeats, or a T-DNA inserted into the middle of a second T-DNA).
