I´d like to analyze the acetylcholine content of T cells form mouse spleen, ideally with mass spec. Only doubt: I have frozen spleens (flash frozen after sacrifice and stored in -80), do you think I´m still able to isolate T cells, or they would all be dead?

Would it be possible anyway to determine the total spleen content of acetylcholine or also that would be degraded?
