I'm writing about trauma from a systemic/social constructionist perspective, and wanting to bring in ideas around the 'power threat, meaning framework' that challenge traditional bio-medical diagnoses as well as considering the neuro-biology of trauma. I'm happy to collaborate, and am wanting to know if anyone has already been thinking along these lines.
I am trying to understand your question from the perspective and experience of a 39+ years clinical stretcherside emergency staff nurse. I do not understand the terms you used, but I AM very very interested in trauma, as it is the time-sensitive diagnosis I have the most experience with, and the one which I do not see a huge pharmaceutical pushing the standards of care to address. Heart has "clotbusters", Brain has "clotbusters", trauma has folks making excuses and blaming the folks who are injured and taken out of their day to day.
