Is there any synthetic substitute for hyoscyamine available in the market or studied by any scientist??

Can anyone suggest me any paper reflecting the result?

Solanaceae and Convolvulaceae contain secondary metabolites Hyoscyamine, scopolamine and mandragorine.benzilic esters of alkamines are possible substitutes of these compounds these show powerful mydriatic activity.Among the synthetic benzilic esters benzilyloxyethyl dimethylethyl ammonium chloride (E3) appears to be the most promising substitute for atropine.
