I want to test my isolated phytoconstituent for some biological activity( i.e antidiabetic or anticancer).How to screen individual phytoconstituent or the synthetic analog is potent?.
How to design a synthetic analog from the natural product.
Kindly guide me.

I think that "we" could bring you some, and only some, elements of response if we know about which type of chemical structure your are speaking about, otherwise it is impossible to advice you, at least in the field of experimental oncology.
You must first exhaustively search for any publication relating to your compound.
If you are convinced that your compound is chemically original at "100%", patent it!
Then you can disclose the structure.
If not, be crystal-clear about the compound and you could (?) / shoul (?) obtain valuable advices.
