Survival analysis for paired data?

I would like to calculate a Kaplan Meier survival curve using paired data. I have survival data from two mouse groups (control and treated). However, the mice are of different ages and I would like to compare mice that are siblings (belonging to the same birth). Is there a suggested method for doing that? Does anyone know of any online tool that can do this?
