The survey instrument is needed to assess how a hospital construction organisation perceives added value to the customer and users in strategically managing the build.
Is this survey meant for the construction delivery management team (internal corporate) or is it a customer "project product/deliverable" satifaction survey?
If internal corporate for the actual delivery organization, what contractual delivery vehicle was used? (Design-Bid-Build, P3, Design-Build, Design-Build-Finance-Operate, Construction Management, etc.?).
In 30 years of building hospitals, prisons, schools, and government buildings, my experience is that the level of satisfaction varies over the entire depth and breadth of the hierarchy of the customer organization - and politics and internal Client churn/turnover can dictate the perceived value and fitness for use of any project.
