Well, it is a matter of wide argument. I agree with the general idea that human is playing a very dangerous role against his own environment. However, the subject is very compicated because many biotic and abiotic factors can act variously. We hope to see the best scinario of these anticipations because we all need some optimism.

Agriculture is feeling the effects of anthropologically accelerated global warming too, as crop insects and pests are expanding their range.

If they will not find another suitable habitat, they are surely gonna extinct in near future.

Although it has both pros and cons if mass extinction of

insects happen

There are beneficial insects like butterflies, honeybees, etc

• which help in pollination of crops
• and give economical byproducts like honey and bee-wax
• some of them are predator to larvae of harmful crop pests

as well as there are harmful insects

• which cause economical damage at various stages of crop growth
• some acts as vectors, which help in spreading diseases in humans, animals and plants.

Example

Diamondback moths (DBM), which feed on and damages the cabbages, kale, and cauliflower grown by poor urban farmers, are spreading in South Africa.

In Latin America, coffee plant funguses and pests are appearing in new areas, threatening a potential industry. The same is happening to French olives, wine grapes, and lavender.

And in the United States, scientists suspect climate change has promoted the increasingly rapid spread of Johnson grass, a highly invasive weed that reduces yields for legumes, corn, sorghum, and soybean.

Biodiversity is diverse in virtually unlimited degree, which results from the essence of processes of evolution of species, filet lines and entire ecosystems. It is thanks to the millions of years of evolutionary processes on Earth that there are so many different natural and highly diverse ecosystems in which different species of flora, fauna, fungi and microorganisms adapt to life in different and very diverse geographical and climatic environments.

The largest biodiversity of ecosystems and species functions in natural environmental environments in which ecosystems have evolved without human impact through millions of years of climatic and geographical conditions enabling the development of various life forms. These types of high biodiversity sites can be found in unpolluted rainforest ecosystems in tropical forests, in temperate climates and in coral reefs.

Unfortunately, human civilization activity contributes to the successive and accelerating process of biodiversity reduction by dying out species of living organisms. The areas of natural natural ecosystems are decreasing, including those in which the greatest biodiversity is diagnosed, such as the rainforests of the Amazon. The protection of naturalistic ecosystems and thus the protection of the planet's biodiversity is the most important challenge for mankind in the 21st century.

if happens, it will be very bad effect on whole ecosystem. honeybees, the major polinators and the polinator insects helps the production of food.

Insects constitute 80 percent of all species on the Earth. Complete loss of insect population would adversely affected the web of life. Flowering plants dependent on insects for pollination could possibly die without insects. Similarly insect feeding animals, such as birds and frogs, would die from shortage of food, and consequently the animals that eat those birds and frogs would also die of hunger. Finally the animals at the top of the food chain such as bears, leopards, and humans, would also collapse forever. Please take a look at the following discussion threads.

Such a happening could be a disaster. Disappearance of this element of food-chain means disappearance of many birds species and some small vertebrates as well. No insects would decrease drastically the pollination of plants with the disappearance of some species.

all elements of food chain will be disturbed and their disappearance will be an environmental disaster and will leads to different types of pollution.

With no insects this would be the end of the production of insecticides and the resulting pollution. This will also be the end of insect transmitted diseases in tropical regions. This would also be the end of the development of transgenic plants resistant to insects. How about departments of entomology at Universities?

Currently (mid-May 2019) a UN report appeared, which shows that the species extinction process accelerates and is no longer invertible, it is not possible to stop this process. However, if humanity quickly implements pro-ecological reforms, implementation of sustainable environmentally friendly development consistent with the green economy concept, it is possible to significantly slow down the process of greenhouse gas emissions, environmental pollution and unfavorable processes in nature.
