The Lorentz transformations don't make sense for superluminal motion, so it doesn't make sense to use them. And ``instant motion'' is meaningless.
Once more: Ominpresence implies the possibility of realizing superluminal motion. The possibility of realizing superluminal motion does not imply omnipresence.
