Not sure what your actual question is...

Sunshine duration is a legacy quantity, with very uncertain measurements.

Albedo is measured at ground stations with 2 pyranometers facing up vs. down.

Satellite sensors are also used to measure the angular reflectance, from which albedo can be derived if the BRDF of the surface is known.
