I have done some searches here and on google but couldn't find proper links or layman-fit data. I am not a meteorologist but a marketing researcher, so I would prefer simple data sets. But at the moment I would be very happy about anything.

I guess you'd prefer to have a table, and I'm sure that these tables do exist, but I don't have one. What I can suggest to use instead of these tables is a universal formula for solar zenith angle for any location (lat/lon), day of the year, and time:
