Subscribing to commercial supercomputers?

Does anyone know if there are providers (not universities or research institutes) of commercial supercomputers out there that one can subscribe to for running earth system models?

Any cloud provider can be used in this manner. For my own purposes, I prefer RackSpace or DigitalOcean. All my prototypes start off on my own laboratory network. Once proven there, they get uploaded to larger systems.
