There is an excellent journal paper covering your topic, although it covers higher education institutions within the European Union (EEC), the research study conducts an in-depth analysis of this issue, where an online survey using the QuestionPro platform was used for data collection, please have a close look at the paper and try to downsize the questionnaire methodology to reach out the level of your high school teachers instead of having university lecturers, good luck with your research interest,

Are the entrepreneurial skills of students best advanced (and measured) by teacher engagement? Might it not be that a teacher’s pedagogical approaches (i.e., constructivist, inquiry-based, reflective, collaborative, integrative) are more relevant driving factors deserving comparative investigation?
