In Strong confinement regime in Nanostructure: I am not able to understand how electron bohr radius say "Re "and hole bohr radious say "Rh" can exit beyond crstal dimension say Cd physically.

in strong c. regime : confinement energy dominate over coloumb energy , therefore electron and hole is treated independently.
