Streaking SCDA colony in blood Agar and Macconkey Agar?
Will selecting a colony from Soyabean Casein Digest Agar plate and streaking it directly in sheep blood Agar plate conform presence of Coccus?
And also will streaking another colony from SCDA in Macconkey Agar confom presence of E.coli?

Why do you want to streak it on blood agar? Make a Gram stain and you can determine if it is a coccus or a bacil. Please NO selective agar can confirm species, MaConkey agar can just give an indication that it might be Enterobacteriacea. confirmation tests is needed to identify genus and species of all bacteria

I agree with Prof. Francien. No selective agar can ever confirm species as bacterial identity has many dimensions. If you want to determine cell shape, do a gram stain or any staining technique that suits your purpose. You can even try scanning electron microscopy.
MacConkey agar, on the other hand, is a medium that may suggest presence of enterics that are gram negative.

The straight answer to your question is 'No'. For identifying bacteria, you need a series of tests. It's not clear, if you already have isolated single colonies, if not, then go first for single colony isolation, and proceed step-wise as advised by all scholars, as you need. For morphology, go for gram stain and microscopic observation. For E. coli, you need a series of tests in BGL broth for lactose fermentation, then plating of positives on EMS or Desoxy or other agar medium. For a Bacilus, check if it is a spore former or not. Finally, if you like you may try a hemolytic test on blood agar.
