I am currently working on expressing a heterologous eukaryotic protein in a bacterial system, but I'm encountering challenges with its solubility. I want to avoid the refolding process if possible. Are there specific culture conditions or strategies that can enhance the solubility of the protein during expression? For instance, adjustments in temperature, and media composition? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
