Hello,

I am working on a project using different polymer films on a glass or plastic cover slip. I then culture cells on the film. I am having a lot of trouble keeping them from getting contaminated. I have tried soaking the slides in 70% ethanol and propyl, but with both methods, I see contamination after two days.

My polymer is only safe up to around 60c and I can't use UV, as it is very UV sensitive.

Any other suggestions? I don't have access to a ethylene oxide or gamma ray system.

Thanks!
