I am implementing a solar array model on simulink and now I am facing an error on changing the open circuit voltage and short cicuit current."Steady state solve failed to converge". The diagnostic viewer also marked the exponential diode and the cellcurrent.sccp as sources of error
Seyed Majid Hashemzadeh I am sorry sir but the intention of my project is work on the already existing solar cell in simulink library not model a new one . The error I am facing appears on changing the cell's paramters.

May I ask exactly what you mean by 'changing the open circuit voltage ' etc? Are you sure that you have put in consistent values? I have had troubles with convergence under similar conditions. Try changing Voc by small steps at a time and see what happens for constant Isc and so on. You may find that at some values the circuit becomes insoluble because the values you have put in are inconsistent.
