I have recently conducted an experiment where I have collected impulsivity scores for participants in 2 conditions (hungry or not hungry). Impulsitivity has been measured using 2 questionnaires and 1 psychological task. I am unsure how to go about analysing these results. Using a t-test will work to see if there is a difference in impulsitivity levels between the 2 groups for one dependent variable e.g. scores of 1 questionnaire. But how do I see if all 3 measures are associated with hunger? An anova?

If you need to see if those 3 scores are associated with hunger simultaneously you can perform MANOVA using hunger as independent variable and those 3 as dependents. Or reversely you can perform a logistic regression using hunger as dependent variable and the others as independent.

It is hard to say without knowing what type of vairables are those (ratios, continous, counts...). But for what I understand from your description you should use some kind of mixed effects models. Or maybe plain GLIM or GAM. Also ANOVA is special case of linear model, but interpretation of linear model is in my opinion easier and better than ANOVA interpretation.
I think MANOVA is a better approach by selecting dependent and independent variables sensibly.
Your IV is {hungry vs. not hungry} and your DV are the 2 impulsivity scales and the psychological scale.
MANOVA is the proper test.
If you want to do correlation, then point biserial will be suitable.
