We have Proximity Speed sensor with three phase induction motor. (You aware that Speed Sensor is completely isolated from Inverter Supply)
Speed Sensor has Four Channels.
- Data Channel A
- Data Channel B
- Power Supply +15v
- Power Supply Ground
When we start motor through inverter, our Speed Sensor becomes faulty. (We decide based on Resistance between terminals of Speed Sensor Four Pins)
What can be the causes by which speed sensor becomes faulty ??

I think you have to trouble shoot your speed sensor yourself. You have to refer to the manual of the speed sensor.
As a first step you have to measure the power supply voltage and be sure that you power supply have the specifications required to such instrument. Then you have have to be sure that your proximity sensor is responding.
You can try to use your sensor with an other motor with known speed.
You can yourself made an optical sensor by fixing a laser diode on the shaft of the machine and receiving it beam by a photo diode connected to an operational amplifier to amplify the received pulses. These pulses can be counted by an electronic counter and showed by an LCD display.
You can sophisticate this instrument by acquiring it by an appropriate microcontroller board , e.g, Arduino.

Is sensor ground somehow attached to motor ground? - if so, the inverter may generate some fast spikes on it (depends how the whole thing is wired of course).
