Thank you for your understanding. In order to make a purchase, I require more detailed technical information. For instance, I utilized two cornercube samples in the resonator and observed a substantial energy difference between the two. I have uploaded an image for your reference. Notably, the thickness of the lines in samples 1 and 2 appear to differ. The sample with thinner lines performs significantly better, resulting in higher energy levels recorded in the same resonator.

The idea of using a corner cube as a mirror in a laser resonator strikes me as a bad idea. The beam path in a corner cube causes it to be reflected three times, so the reflection losses will be tripled compared to a simple front surface mirror with the same reflectivity. Also, unless the beam is centered on the vertex the retro-reflected beam is displaced laterally from the incident beam. So you will need a precise xy translation stage to position the corner cube. This is usually more expensive than a good mirror. Finally, it is precisely at the vertex or corner joints that the quality of the corner cube is usually not equal to a normal front surface mirror. Using when using corner cube to build delay-lines I try to avoid the incident beam hitting one of these joints.

This also a bad idea ( of course you have to deal with hollow corner cube ) most of the available hollow corner cube are made with metallic surfaces and reflections of the 3 mirrors are very bad for the polarisation, not to mention the refelectivity at large angle. obviously you are using a high gain medium to handle such losses. I do not know and at what price you may order a cornercube made of dielectric surfaces ad hoc to solve this major issues. You have to avoid the center of the cube as major distortion will occur on the reflecting wave. The accuracy of the retro reflexion can be managed through the other cavity elements. You may have your reason to choose this tool. Good luck if you can not build a more «  classical » cavity.

The prism tip will be used for the resonator. I don't understand why it is inappropriate to use a corner prism for an intensifier. Resonator stability using corner cube Compared to the flat mirror, it is very high.

The white lines you see in your photo 1 are where two plane surfaces meet. If it is a solid glass corner cube, these edges scatter a lot of light (which is why they are white) because it is difficult to have a good polish right to the edge. At the vertex the lines converge so the problem is worse there and will lead to distortions in the beam's spatial profile.

I am guessing your laser medium has a very high gain to overcome these losses. You should be able to design a stable cavity with spherical mirrors that give you a stable output, higher output power and better beam quality.

Reducing divergence is essential to solving this problem. A stable resonator, along with utilizing the feature from the corner of the cube, can help achieve this. Can your proposed setup also contribute to minimizing divergence?

I agree with the others that in general it's a bad idea to use TIR from a glass or silica part to make a cavity mirror. Here's one of the few examples I know of where this has been successfully utilized. Optical parametric oscillator with porro prism cavity EP0902911A1 European Patent Office.

If you have a short pulse laser then you have to start worrying about self-phase modulation in the glass causing beam filamentation. You'll see this as a fine line of very small bubbles in the bulk material where the beam is most intense. It won't necessarily be in the corner cube, rather depending on where the dynamic intracavity waist is.

Another thing you have to worry about in addition to the polarization ambiguity, aberrations, and losses from where the beam touches the apices of the dihedrals, is that this is an intracavity element, so the circulating power is much higher than the output power. If you run the equations for the electric field strength on the internal TIR surfaces, you'll find that it is much higher than in the rest of the cavity, so it will be the first place you'll see catastrophic optical damage (COD), and before that photorefractive damage. You'll have to specify an exceptionally good, bubble and inclusion-free grade of glass, PH3 EVB for BK7 at a minimum or 3-axis-homogenous lithography-grade fused silica, in order to reduce the number of COD nucleation centers in the beam. The next thing you have to do is clean the outside TIR surfaces rigorously, and then house the part in a mount that keeps the dust off the places where the beam hits. If you don't, contact between the dust / dirt and the evanescent wave will be enough to cause catastrophic optical damage.
