How it matters ? . Such missions are having specific objectives and costly and human life is at risk. One cant undertake missions for whims and ego and outcompeting other country. This nonsense took place before Apollo mission when President made it a policy matter and ego issue for America. We would advise all space mission capable countries to collaborate in expeditions and research by allocating separate tasks under one master plan. It is tax payers money they burn and where is need to send several missions form different countries

All must pass safety tests. Lives are more important than who goes first.
