Out of interest, are you planning to find the relationship between 'generalised self-efficacy' and 'uncertainty avoidance' of the individual participants, or simply the differences between the 'generalised self-efficacy' of groups defined by 'uncertainty avoidance'? The former, I would suggest, would be a more "powerful" way of answering your questions.
