Dear Amal Saadoon Majeed last weak my RG score was 7.34 , this weak is 7.88 (+0.54) but my research items have been recommended more than 150, seen more than 350 times, no citation.
one weak before my RG score was 6.04 and changed to 7.34 (recommendation were less 114, seen 208). but i dont know why last weak RG increased only .54. it is depend on what ?
Not a problem Ali. No-one really knows the true answer to that question - other than ResearchGate itself. It's metric is often criticised because it is not transparent. The main thing is that publications alone don't actually count for the 'bulk' of scoring. ResearchGate wants members to be active on the site i.e. posing questions, answering questions, posting projects etc. If a member just uses the site as a repository for their work - and that work is not well cited and/or read by other members - then they will have no 'research interest' and, therefore no or a low RG score.

Ali, Dean is right. The only addition to make is that, the "invisible" calculation of the RG Score takes into consideration the impact factor(s) of the journal(s) which published your paper(s).
