Its possible to calculate different PK parameters by Excel but some times could be very tricky and finally its not quite good idea. If you want make PK calculations for bioequivalence you can download some trial software for example for 1 month and make necessary calculations free of charge, see https://www.thothpro.com/

If you need some equations easy to implement to Excel please download my e-book. Cmax , tmax are observed parameters so you not need any calculations in such case.

There's usually a software for non-compartmental analysis which can be downloaded

You can even use NONMEM software for PK modelling if possible

Thanks to every one, actually I´m working with some R packages, and also I will check some of the options tha you are commenting.

Thanks Abdullah, actually I´m ussing Bear and PowerTost packages, but inmediatly I going to check lixoft. :)

You may also want to use PKNCA or pkr for non-compartmental PK analysis. They are available as R packages.
