I hope everything is going well with you. I fabricated some OLED devices and during the measurements blue shift was observed on the EL graphs. I read some articles but I cannot find any solution for this problem. If you could suggest me any article or solution, i would really be grateful.

What are the materials you used to fabricate OLED? You worked with polymer or with small molecules (Emitter layer)
What did you mean blue shift? What are the criteria to decide the blue shift?

The blue shift or red shift of EL spectra from OLEDs could come from the optical interference due to thickness variations from emitters or transport layers. You could try to fix the thickness of transport layers and vary the thicknesses of emitter from 40nm to 120nm with intervals of 30nm or 25nm. You will see the EL differences in such OLEDs with the same device structure.
Although some other factors could play a role for the shift of EL spectra. Thickness is a key to affect the shape of EL spectra in OLEDs.

Thank you so much for your helpful answer. While at the same time, I have fabricated some OLED devices and changed the emissive layer's concentration. By doing so, the blue shift problem has been solved, but the luminance of the device decreased. I will try to change thickness, again and I will report the results here.

Dear Abdu Saeed , I am fabricating solution-processable OLED and the emissive layer contains a polymer. During the measurement, the color of the pixel is turning yellow from red.
