I produced SPEEK polymer with DS of 55 - 65 %. But when I was unable to dissolve it completely in DMAc (2 wt%). Even if I increase the temperature up to 60 degC some of the solid polymer still remain. NMP works well but it is less preferred due to the high boiling point. Can I get any suggestions?
