Does anyone knows the solid waste generation rate (per employee) in the organizations (for example with 150-200 employees) and the characterizations of produced waste in this sectors?
I need detail information about the proportion of recyclable fractions, for example PET, paper, glass, metals, and etc.
The results of developing countries are more desirable.
I think you need to distinguish the wastes related to the companies' operations or purely based on the waste generated by employees eating at workplaces. I assume you meant the second one. I have already made the question more accurate (and maybe faulty) to direct the focus on the waste from eating at workplaces since all the other wastes depend on the company profile and not on the number of employees (the correlation is very weak).
It is not useful to characterize the industrial wastes because these are all kinds of the wastes produced by humans including the wastes from eating and digestion.
Please let me know whether this helps or I missed the point.
I second Dr. Robert. The amount of waste generated entirely depends on the profile of the organization. Some organizations may have the high fraction of paper and others may have a higher fraction of glass/PET. Please specify the organization to get a suitable answer.

Thank you so much for your contribution. The goal of my study is not intended to characterize the industrial waste. I want to find out the quantity and composition of generated waste, in a public or private organizations. It is important for us to gain details information about recyclable fractions which are producing specifically in this sector, not the organic (compostable) waste. We need this data for implementation of the integrated solid waste management in the aforementioned sectors.

As I mentioned before, it is important for us to know the generation rate of recyclable fractions of solid waste which is produced in this section.The studied context is a public organization with 150-200 employees which are working in the field of network marketing. It is obviously clear that the predominant recyclable fractions in this sector could be paper, but I know the standard generation rate of solid waste for designing a recycling pilot plant in this sector. I have found some information but I want to be sure.

Dear Ata, I can send you 400 gas stations data from Hungary. This can be misleading since catering service provides a lot of food packaging. I try to find you office waste production/employee as well.

You can find waste generation by economic activity or by waste category. Also, households and countries are represented.
Waste generation is in strong correlation (almost 1) with GDP/capita and pretty linear, so you can establish the right regressions easily to estimate waste production in developing countries. If you need help, let me know, it is an exciting topic.

I believe there is no definitive model. But I understand that when calculating a waste generation rate, the aspects related to the types of materials used - raw materials and packaging (and possibly their impact on the environment) should be considered. This would include solid wastes, effluents and gases. It is also possible to go beyond and think about the waste generated after the acquisition of a final product (that an organization offers).
And lastly: I also understand that the use of waste generation rate of the provision of services. In my specific case, I have studied the segment of production and supply of meals for collectivities.

Thanks for your contribution. All the aspects which you were told could be influence the solid waste generation rate in a segment. But, there is a standard generation rate per employee in each sector. For example, 10.53 lb/employee/day in the commercial sector. I need the details for my current project, which is a public organization with 150-200 employees which are working in the field of network marketing...
