T7•Tag® Affinity Purification Kit Problem ?

Hi!

I have usedT7•Tag® Affinity Purification Kit (Novagen. It says it can purified up to 300ug protein but it did not work efficiently for my purification. Has anyone used it and faced any problem? Thanks.
