I would recommend VESTA software. If you have a CIF file from your MOF structure, you can do it easily. Also, VESTA is a free software to draw crystal structures.

I would recommend Diamond crystal and Molecular structure Visualization. If you have a CIF file from your MOF structure, you can easily draw a crystal structure.
If you have a CIF file from your metal organic framework structure, you can illustrate MOF in gaussview.
