I am working on rare earth (RE) doped phosphor compounds using sol gel method.
Sometimes, varying the first paprameter which is the host matrix compound in a complex form in addition varying a second parameter which is the RE doping concentrations. So, it takes a long time to do the stoichiometric calculation of each required precursor for solution preparation.
Could anyone guide me to any software which calculate rapidly the appropriate (the stoichiometric) amount of each precursor (oxide, nitrate ...salts or alkoxydes) ?

You really don't need any specialist software. Instead of manually calculating each time, to make things quicker for you, just use any spreadsheet software (Excel Origin or OA software of similar layout). Or write a simple matlab or python script.
In addition to composition, input can be desired product mass, total moles or any other quantifier. Input reagent mass and purity and the calculation should be able to tell you what reagent amounts to use for any given combination / quantity....
If you are new to spreadsheets, getting familiar with their effective use is a good investment of your time....
