Hi Again, i have done the catalase test, but i think that i am in error, because tha Absobarnce at 240 nm increase after that I put the tissue. so, What must be with the absobarnce to increase or decrease?. Thanks again scientist

Hi again! I have found my mistake, and i have only problems with pancreas beacuse the Absorbance chages very slow, the difference in a minutes is between 0.1-0.05. Thanks for all the time and help. I like this group!
