After earning the MSW degree, many do not go on to pursue licensure, in the State of Florida, USA. I am researching to find out why this is. Recent years find a serious decline in this specialty, with a growing need. I am looking for a survey tool I can use or modify (with permission) to implement. Is anyone aware or have suggestions about such an instrument ?

Same problem is here in India, License is not manditory for social work, even non professionals also claim themselves as a social workers
