The real Adalya journal is from Turkey. The fake journal with same name is not SCI indexed.
You can verify by singing into web of science and search Adalya and visit journal website. That will lead you to real journal website.
This journal seems to be indexed in the web of science list of journals.

But when you refine the search as include 2019 JCR than it will show it is not included in the latest JCR. check the screenshot.
You are rightly suspicious. Their poor-grammar home page claims that Assaf Naora is their Editor-in-Chief [ http://www.adalyajournal.com/ ], but a search through his CV shows that he knows nothing about his so-called "appointment"!! [ https://web.math.princeton.edu/~naor/homepage%20files/cv-new.pdf ]
Publish somewhere else, rather.
I would like to suggest you to submit your paper to those journals for which you have no doubts. There is a big list of high quality journal and conferences, see for example World wide Top 600 Journal : http://www.guide2research.com/journals/

Serious and rather complicated matter you address here.
Looking at your question you refer to the journal “Adalya journal”. This is NOT the journal “Adalya” with ISSN number 1301-2746.
The thing is that there is a journal called “Adalya” and this is a well-established and highly specialized journal for studies related to the cultures of the Mediterranean:

This journal is covered in Scimago till 2017 and discontinued in Scopus presumably because of the low number of papers submitted and ultimately published in this journal. The mentioned Clarivate details refer to this journal. Apparently Clarivate use different inclusion criteria than Scopus.
The confusion begins with the fact that there is another journal called “Adalya journal” and this journal is an open-access journal:

I checked some papers in their archives and this archive is filled with papers from other journals! I came across names like “International Journal of Scientific Research and Review” or “CIKITUSI JOURNAL FOR MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH” (were they just added Adalya journal as sort of publisher). In other words this is cheating, stealing papers from other sites and make them ‘your own’).
The even more serious thing is that this open access journal falsely claims to be Clarivate indexed! If you look carefully then you see that the information just mentioned the genuine journal and this open access journal is a scam.
So in conclusion if you have a serious subject related to archaeology, history and so on related to the Mediterranean culture than the first mentioned (subscription) journal is safe, but the open access journal is a predatory journal that uses falsely claimed indexing. By the way the fact that there contact information refers to a gmail address is a serious red flag too.
So well-done and well spotted, this journal “Adalya journal” is fake.
