Size exclusion chromatography for actin polymerization without HPLC?

Hi,

I am new to the field of in vitro actin polymerization and was wondering if there was a way to get rid of polymerization nuclei in my purified actin without the use of gel-filtration on a HPLC? Does anyone have any recommendations?
