You can use Omnet++, it is open source network simulator, but also great tool is a OPNET Modeler (comercial tool) - It has a well-engineered GUI user-interface using mainstream software and operating system for simulation scenarios and network models. There is also a standard library which includes some standard protocols including WSN protocols.
