I am currently working with Room Impulse Response (RIR) Generator and MCRoomSim in Matlab for simulating room impulse response using different signals but is there a way to add objects inside these software that would effect the acoustic property of the RIR?
As part of my research I am trying to see how the presence of an object inside the room would effect the acoustic property of the environment.

RIR generator and MCRoom simulator don't do that. The answer of your question depends on the type of the object. Is it a sound reflector or not?

Shahab Pasha Yes, both MCRoomSim and RIR Generator does not have this feature but I will thinking if there are some other ways to integrate object within these simulators. My objective is to introduce a source reflectors so that I could study the propagation of sound.
